Topkapi Palace & Harem – Host Assistance Entry

Meet your host at the red City Windows kiosk located inside the Chimney Bistro. The host will escort you into the palace and harem area. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes before your selected time slot and remain with the host until you enter the museum.
Hosted entry is arranged daily except Tuesdays. You can join at a time that suits you. Available Times: 09:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM

Hagia Sophia – (Self Visit)

There is no guided tour or host for Hagia Sophia. You can visit on your own during regular museum opening hours using your digital ticket and audio guide.

Basilica Cistern – (Self Visit)

Basilica Cistern does not require a host or a guide. Simply present your digital ticket at the entrance and explore the site at your own pace during official visiting hours.

    • Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays
    • Re‑entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
    • You will meet only the host, who will escort you inside the Topkapi Palace and the Harem. Please do not leave the host until you enter the museum.
    • Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time for Topkapi Palace.
    • Respectful attire is required at Hagia Sophia. Women should partially cover their hair; men should avoid knee‑length shorts.
    • Clothing and scarves can be purchased upon entry.
    • There is a mandatory security queue, not skippable. In high season, security checks can take up to 30 minutes for Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia.

    Tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation date.
    Basilica Cistern tickets  are valid from 09:00 - 18:00
